Stade Rennais' women's team, competing in France's First League, women's section founded to represent the club in women's football.

History

The women's section of Stade Rennais was created in 2001 as part of the expansion project for women's football at the Breton club. Over the years, the team established itself among the competitive teams in France's women's top division. The club developed and attracted outstanding players on the French scene, also competing in European competitions in some seasons, contributing to the development of women's football in the Brittany region.
