History
Founded in 1893, VfB Stuttgart won its first national title in 1950 and established itself as a powerhouse in the Bundesliga over the following decades. The club reached its peak with Bundesliga titles in 1984, 1992 and 2007, the latter under coach Armin Veh. Stuttgart also revealed great talents such as Timo Werner and has been a frequent participant in European competitions. In recent years, the club fought against relegation and returned to the elite of German football.
