O Ypiranga-PE é o clube de Santa Cruz do Capibaribe fundado em 3 de julho de 1938. Joga no Limeirão, tem a Copa Pernambuco de 1994 e o título da Série A2 estadual de 2004, e disputou a Série C do Brasileiro duas vezes.

History
Ypiranga Sports and Football Club was founded on July 3, 1938 in Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, a city known for its textile industry in the Agreste region of Pernambuco. The club established itself as one of the main teams in the interior of Pernambuco. It won the Pernambuco Cup in 1994 and the Pernambuco State Championship Series A2 in 2004. On the national stage, Ypiranga competed in two editions of Series C of the Brazilian Championship. Besides Azulino, the team is also known as Machine of the Interior. Home games are played at Otávio Limeira Alves Stadium, the Limeirão, with a capacity of approximately 5,000 spectators.
